Delivery Information
Find out when you can expect to receive your order, what delivery services we offer and how much they will cost you for peace of mind when you shop online at The Vintage Swallow. Please note that we operate a one-off delivery charge, regardless of the number of items you purchase, you will only pay one delivery charge!
We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in the timescales shown in the below table. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact our Customer Services department: customerservices@thevintageswallow.co.uk

Important:We will require your telephone number to pass on to the courier for delivery.
- Working days - Monday to Friday
- Please let us know your ‘safe place’ as some of our couriers can leave items in designated areas.
- If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.
- When multiple items are purchased that have different postal charges, the higher will be used for combined delivery.
- Orders are usually received within or before the estimated times however pleased be aware that delivery times shown are approximate in accordance to estimated times provided by Royal Mail and selected couriers.
- Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over Bank Holidays.
- In most cases, a signature will be required on receipt of your order.

We are unable to change your delivery address once the order has been placed.
Returns
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. We do not offer refunds or cancellations on personalised items that are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, fabric, message or other customised aspect that makes the item unique to your requirements and therefore cannot be resold. In the interests of hygiene we do not accept returns on pierced jewellery, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality.
We request that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, using a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with The Vintage Swallow.
The Vintage Swallow will process a refund of your order payment directly to your payment debit or credit card within 30 days of return receipt at the very latest.
